Animal Relief Fun (ARF) provides assistant with emergency veterinary care and spay/neuter vouchers for uncomplicated spay/neuter for pet cats, dogs, and bunnies owned by low-income Orange County residents. OCCATS is a feral cat program issuing vouchers to pay for the spay and neuter of feral cats.
