September 8-9: Buddy’s Big Day Out is a new musical about animal welfare, recommended for kids (5+) and their families. The heartwarming 40-minute musical tells the tale of the lovable puppy, Buddy, who escapes from his home and has an adventure on the streets. Buddy’s journey introduces him to other animals and their struggles, and he ultimately discovers what it means to have a forever, loving family.
Presented by The Pet Welfare Project and The Children’s Theatre of Long Beach, Buddy’s Big Day Out is put on by a collective of artists who create educational and entertaining shows and art projects whose goal is to teach children about animal welfare.
