Offers low-cost spay and neuter incentives for low-income residents of Long Beach and Signal Hill. Provides humane education classes to the school district and Long Beach/Signal Hill civic groups. Plus, supports the adoption of homeless animals.

Michelson Found Animals Foundation

Offers low-cost microchipping at their Lakewood location. They also offer  a web tool that locates low-cost spay/neuter locations in Orange and Los Angeles counties.

Operation Blankets of Love

They collect, transport and distribute pet food and recycled or new pet-related items to animals in shelters, rescue groups, foster care-takers, pets of the homeless, and wildlife sanctuaries.
