July 4: Join the Laguna Niguel YMCA at this dog friendly community tradition to celebrate Independence Day. Races are held through the Crown Valley Community Park and Laguna Niguel Regional Park. There is a 10K run, 5K run/walk, children’s races & dog walk. Dogs will get doggie goodie bags. They must be on a short non-retractable leash. Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 10 a.m. Adult, $40 race fee + $3.00 sign up fee. Dogs, $15 race fee + $2.50 sign up fee.
